The Steelers practice squad is complete. Pittsburgh picked up two wide receivers, two offensive linemen, two defensive backs, a tight end and linebacker. That move allows DeCastro to return to the roster after eight weeks. But that's going to leave the Steelers with only eight offensive linemen, so they are expected to add another to that group to replace DeCastro.
