(Halftime meeting on the north side of the stadium) This was the first game and the first win for Sealth’s new head football coach Luther Carr (who told us back in February , “If we do the right thing, the victories will come.”). WSB co-publisher Patrick Sand talked with him on camera right after the game: Story ahead (and more photos) … Sealth led 14-7 at halftime. Evergreen scored a touchdown early in the second half, but the point-after attempt was blocked, and Sealth kept the lead, 14-13: Then, about halfway through the fourth quarter, Sealth senior Aiden Behar (#5) landed on a fumbled pass that made its way into the end zone. That pushed the Seahawks ahead of the visiting Evergreen Wolverines for the 26-20 win. (Sealth’s Jake Eddy , #22, with the ball) The night saw big plays coming for a couple of guys on both teams. Sealth’s Trevor Forsell caught two passes for touchdowns, the first for 30 yards and the second for 13. (Evergreen’s #23, Lala Peneueta , with the ball) On the other side, Kenny Dang and Lala Peneueta proved to be a one-two punch for Evergreen. Evergreen’s first score of the night was a touchdown by Dang that followed a 77-yard open-field
