Yes, Propaganda Minister really said this. Obama was somehow committed to negotiations with Congress because he played golf and sat on the patio. You just can’t make this crap up. During the Daily Press Briefing Jay Carney says Obama was active in the negotiations by playing golf and sitting on a patio (September 10, 2012).
