The Food and Drug Administration may consider new standards for the levels of arsenic in rice as consumer groups are calling for federal guidance on how much of the carcinogen can be present in food.

“The next big thing is already here,” according to Samsung ( 005930 ). Following up its botched attempt to promote the Galaxy S III on Facebook and an iPhone 5 attack ad that ran earlier this week in newspapers, Samsung has released a new commercial that again takes aim at Apple ( AAPL ) fans willing to wait in line to purchase new Apple products. As iPhone fans tout trivial new features such as a relocated headphone jack and a cool new dock adapter, Galaxy S III users stroll by and show off functions such as NFC playlist sharing and Share Shot. Thankfully, Samsung left features like “Palm Touch Mute Pause” out of this new ad . The full video can be viewed below.
